Customer service is one of two things… a really good experience or a complete nightmare that requires years of therapy. And if you are really lucky, customer service is bi-polar… that’s when you get both crazy worlds!

Depending on where you are customer service is either amazing or frustrating. Good pictures! At the moment am having huge issues with optus having pulled plug on my line stopping my internet from working! Their customer service is….*$%^&#$

customer service is very hypocritical…Its as simple as this…treat those how you yourself would like to be treated…so Im guessing that rude sales people like to be treated rudely?? Is that why they are rude?
I think people in customer service have no sense of humour. Maybe these people have a calender and mark off each day as a day closer to their death! I don’t understand why people have to be so rude all the time… but at least they keep giving me inspiration to write my witty things to say blog.
